The office handles enquiries within 72 working hours. Admission periods sometimes stretch that: in that case, put “admission” in the subject line and your enquiry is prioritised.
Choose “Follow-up from abroad” as the subject and tell us where your relative lives in Cameroon and the time zone we should call you in. You are assigned a single point of contact, and meetings can be held by video call.
Yes, by appointment. Visits are arranged outside teaching hours so as not to disturb students. Tell us your availability in the message.
It is used solely to handle your enquiry and kept for as long as that takes, then archived or deleted. It is never sold, shared or used for marketing. You may at any time request access, correction or deletion; the association replies within thirty days, in accordance with Law no. 2024/017.
